ABOUT SOLOMON I WINTER
We are a Hamburg based art production team specialized in art buying services, casting and art production for the commercial, advertising and editorial industry for both still and moving images.

The founding partners Birte & Bianca, boast over 24 years of art buying experience. Their story started way before SOLOMON I WINTER in 1996 when they first met in the art buying department of the BBDO network agency Economia. Family friendship has been linking Birte SOLOMON & Bianca WINTER for many years.

Until the launch of SOLOMON I WINTER in Spring 2015 Bianca WINTER held the position of deputy Head of Art Buying at Germany’s number one creative agency Jung von Matt  for 14 years. She balances working with new & upcoming talents as well as the very big names such as Peter Lindbergh, Terry Richardson, Craig McDean, Camilla Akrans or Alex Prager with supporting and encouraging creative talent from all over the world.  With her constant search & passion for up-and-coming photographers Bianca is proud to have launched many promising careers by entrusting artists with commercial, editorial as well as charity projects. She is co-founder of the young photographers contest WTSPRNG that aims at finding and connecting the next generation of talented photographers with established ad agencies & clients. Since many years she is a jury member at le book connections, update and screenings.

With her love and passion for detail Birte SOLOMON went on to freelance for a broad range of clients as art buyer, casting director and producer. Birte SOLOMON quickly became a byword in the industry for unique and fascinating castings and remains relentless in her constant search for models and talent to capture the essence of her clients image needs.

Their mutual passion for fascinating imagery and facilitating art production has led to the formation of SOLOMON I WINTER.
